- Includes limited electricity and propane gas. The need for an additional generator or additional propane gas will be charged separately.
- Includes toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies.
- Use of trailers and leadership dormitories are charged at an additional $40 per room per night.
- Food Service, transportation, and certain recreational activities are charged separately.
- You can count on our staff to be attentive to your needs before, during and after your stay.
- You will receive the final bill on the last day of your event. The payment should be by electronic transfer, depositing into our bank account the next business day after your return.
- The reservation deposit will be applied to your charges. In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable.
- We are happy to serve you in whatever way we can.
